Every Skylark project is designed, built, and shipped by one person working with a team of AI systems – reasoning partners for architecture, coding agents for implementation, and human advisors for taste and truth.

The process is simple: plan carefully, design the data structure before writing code, document everything so any agent can pick up where the last one left off, ship thin slices, measure honestly, refactor often. No shortcuts on quality.
