Agentic.ai helps you track topics by creating semantic agents/watchlists, deduplicating coverage into story clusters, and generating interpretive lenses and Q&A with citations. The Service may change over time, including features that are experimental or in beta.
You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate others or access accounts you do not own.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation rules are described at checkout and may change for future billing periods with notice where required.

AI-generated outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for verifying information using citations and original sources. The Service is provided for informational purposes and is not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that outputs will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skylark will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
