Skylark Creations LLC (“Skylark,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use Agentic.ai (the “Service”).

Account Information

  • Email address and authentication identifiers (including OAuth provider identifiers, if used)
  • Basic account settings and preferences

Product Content You Provide

  • Agents/watchlists you create (topics, entities, competitors, interests)
  • Clusters, lenses, and collections you save
  • Questions you ask and AI responses (chat history), where enabled
  • Feedback you submit

Usage, Analytics, and Diagnostics

  • Feature usage (pages visited, actions taken, timestamps)
  • Device and browser information (e.g., user agent), approximate location derived from IP
  • Log and diagnostic data (e.g., error reports)

Billing Information

If you subscribe, billing is processed by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full payment card number. We may receive billing identifiers and subscription status (for example, a customer ID and whether your subscription is active).

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Operate core features (agents, clustering, lenses, collections, and Q&A)
  • Personalize your experience and remember preferences
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Monitor for abuse, fraud, and security incidents
  • Analyze aggregate usage to improve product quality

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers who help us run the Service (for example: hosting, databases, analytics, monitoring, authentication, and AI providers). These providers process data under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to process subscriptions and prevent fraud.
  • Legal & safety disclosures if required by law, or to protect users, the public, or our rights and property.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. AI Providers and Training

Some features require sending limited data to AI providers (for example, to generate lens summaries or answer questions with citations). We use these providers to deliver the Service. We do not use your private content to train public AI models.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is 100% secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.
